Free ground shipping with orders over $99.00 in the continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping is a flat fee of $20.00 with orders over $99.00. The order amounts are excluding state or federal taxes and/or any customs or duties.

After order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to conveniently track the status of the parcel.

We insure each order during the time of transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods
passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, (for example: a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them as evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Mālama Mat™ and transfer
of responsibility in the same way.

Alternatively if Mālama Mat is advised to leave the parcel at unattended premises and no signature is received this also constitutes a transfer of responsibility.

Note on custom tax and duties
Orders within the United States will be charged accordingly any Taxes stipulated by the State in which the purchase was made. These charges will be applied upon purchasing the goods. Any customs or import duties outside the
United States are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost
would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you
were not expecting.
